Situated next door to the Co-Op Museum on Toad Lane, The Baum opened its doors in the early 1980s as a small local pub.
Since then it has matured into one of Rochdale’s finest watering holes. Simon Crompton started working at The Baum as a part-time bar man over 19years ago and went from there to Bar Manager, Landlord and eventually became the owner in 2005.
And with the support of his wife Heidi has turned The Baum into what it is today, picking up Best Bar None CAMRA in 2009 and again in 2012.
